Xbagee Terms & Conditions – Members' Right to Know

1 Introduction & Applicability

Xbagee (https://xbagee.onl) is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services to members in Bangladesh and other designated regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between xbagee and its members.

By using the xbagee website or app, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using xbagee's services.

2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on xbagee. The name, date of birth, address, and contact details submitted at registration must all be correct. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.

• Xbagee reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing a reason.
• Opening corporate or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility

Xbagee strictly enforces an 18-and-over policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account or play on xbagee.

• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested to verify your age at registration.
• If an account holder is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided.
• Xbagee services may not be available in certain regions outside Bangladesh.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your xbagee login credentials completely confidential. Never share your password with anyone, and always use a strong password.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to xbagee support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Xbagee will never ask for your password by phone or email. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

5 Deposits & Payments

Xbagee supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Xbagee may charge processing fees on certain payment methods. Any applicable fees will be displayed at the time of deposit.
• Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold pending verification.

6 Withdrawal Policy

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed on xbagee. Withdrawal requests will not be handled without a completed KYC.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 3–6 hours; faster for VIP members.

8 Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on xbagee are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent testing bodies. Neither xbagee nor any third party can interfere with game results.

• Winnings displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the result recorded on xbagee's server will be considered final.
• The dealer's decision in live games is final and no appeals will be accepted.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs for any advantage is prohibited and subject to penalty.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbagee platform. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Using xbagee for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.

• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.

12 Account Closure

13 Dispute Resolution

• If you are not satisfied with a decision made by xbagee, you may escalate the matter to an independent regulatory body.
• In all disputes, xbagee server logs will be considered the final and definitive evidence.

14 Changes to Terms

Xbagee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email address.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of xbagee after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
